Hi, I’m Nathalie.
I’ve had an interesting trajectory. I got my B.S. from Columbia Engineering for mechanical engineering. I was drawn to systems thinking, experimental design, and tinkering with stuff.
My career started in strategy & analytics at Digitas, measuring digital marketing campaigns. Those were the days of impressions, clicks, and CTRs. Pivot tables were my friend. It also gave me a taste for a fast-paced, highly creative environment that required polymath thinking and real collaboration.
Over the past 10 years at I&CO, I’ve built a mixed-methods research practice and worked with the world’s biggest brands: Amazon, Coinbase, Uniqlo, and IMAX to name a few. It was here that I added qualitative methods to my skillset. I’ve fallen in love with talking to people, layering in new data that feeds my curiosity.
I truly love designing and leading mixed-methods studies, because qual and quant are great in their own ways. You can’t ask a parent to pick their favorite child (I’m a mother of twins).
